Day 53/365

Made some shawarma meatballs this weekend and the oil from the meat after being in the oven gave it a very odd shape. That peaked the desire to take a picture to realize that the photo balance is completely out of whack.

Day 13/365

Homemade pizza day as my husband continues to attempt to perfect his pizza dough. Our toppings always change but I do have to say this looks pretty inviting with the little mushroom slices, green pepper contrasting the red and orange from the tomato sauce, pepperoni and the cheese (mine is lactose-free mozzarella).
